LowCal, Cheatery and Bar serves healthy food and diverse diets such as Low Calories, Paleolithic diets, and Ketogenic diets.

We also empower and employ the deaf community as our staff. They have been trained intensively to master their jobs as cook, bartender, and waiter. Please, try to learn and communicate in Indonesian Sign Language to our deaf staff! Your effort is very important to their well being.

Who is Chef Komang?

Chef Komang has more than 20 years of experience working the kitchen. He started his career working at famous restaurants in Bali such as Hardrock Café, Sarong and Hu’u Bar.  He gained international experience working as Chef de Cuisine on the Mein Schiff cruise-ship, designed for celebrity cruises. He decided to return to Bali working to Spice working under Michelin-starred Chef, Chris Salans in Bali.

About our dinner menu

Our elegantly plated dinner menu uses fresh locally sourced produce. Komang presents a range of juicy and lean chicken, pork, fish and vegetarian dishes brought to live using his personal spice mixes, full of character, yet oddly familiar. Creatively using local healthy ingredients such as breadfruit, pumpkin and casava, Komang completes your meal with tasty low-carbs side dishes.
