Born and raised in Bali, but spent half of my adult life in Toronto, I am an inter-disciplinary Yoga & Meditation teacher, KRI Professional Teacher Trainer and Certified Level 3 Kundalini Yoga Teacher (in progress). I weave the physical and philosophical aspects of Yoga with daily spiritual practice, making this ancient wisdom applicable for today’s lifestyle. Also a holistic wellness & spiritual lifestyle coach, labour & postpartum doula and Reiki Master Teacher, I am passionate about inspiring others to make life-affirming choices and empowering them to find their own gateways to wholeness.
